Mivar-Viva Ltd has four quilting lines, whereas two lines are multi-needle new quilting machines Meca techna width 95´´, and two 115´´. In those quilting machines it is possible to make 700 different stitching patterns.
Meca Techna 95´´ – maximum width of fabric that can be worked on the machine is 270 cm. Maximum width of the chanell quilting pattern is 240 cm, zig-zack – 270 cm.
Meca Techna 115´´ – maximum width of fabric that can be worked on the machine is 320 cm. Maximum width of the chanell quilting pattern is 292 cm, zig-zack – 320 cm
The maximum width depends on the weight and stiching. We are able to produce 3 million quilts per year. To produce pillows, Mivar-Viva Ltd has 3 blowing lines, which capacity is 2 million pillows per year.

We produce a wide range of pillows according to the client private label needs. Our yearly capacity for pillows is 2 mln pieces.
The cover fabric as well the filling we use is according to customer wishes.
The filling mostly used is HCS (hollow conjugated siliconized fibre) as 100% or mixed with different fibres (lyocell, bamboo, wool eyc) based on the client`s request. Also on of the most used fibres in pillows is microfiber.
We design quilts for
every season
We produce a wide range of quilts according to the client private label needs. Our yearly capacity for quilts is 3 mln pieces.
The cover fabric as well the filling we use is according to customer specification.
The filling mostly used is HCS (hollow conjugated siliconized fibre) as 100% or mixed with different fibres based on the client`s request. Quilts are bordered with the binding from fabric, velour-binding or overlock stitching.
