Mivar-Viva Ldt is a private share-holding company, established in 1993.
The forerunners of the company are Mistra-Viva Ldt and Viljandi Flax Factory – the history of the latter began in 1912.
Our business is mainly involved in manufacturing home textile products such as quilts and pillows. Made of different fabric types and polyester filling.
Besides quilts and pillows, other products such as sleepingbags, bed-covers and mattress covers are being manufactured.
The main part of our home textiles are being marketed in Scandinavia, Germany and The Benelux Countries.

Mivar-Viva AS participation in the international trade fair Heimtextil 7.01-10.01.2020, Frankfurt, Germany. The project received support from the European Regional Development Fund in the amount of 25,840 EUR. The aim of the project is to renew existing and create new international contacts with textile companies in order to maintain and expand markets, in order to increase international competitiveness, turnover growth and employment as a result.
Aktisaselts Mivar-Viva AS received support from the Digitalization Roadmap support measure. A digitalization roadmap was prepared within the framework of the project. The support amount is 8,330 EUR. The project was supported by the European Regional Development Fund.
The European Union financed the implementation of the Mivar-Viva AS production process efficiency, automation and digitalization project.
The aim of the project is to automate the organization of internal transport of semi-finished products in the production process, improve production efficiency and increase the added value created in the company. The support amount is 287,010.50 EUR
